How Jarvis looks, you ask?
Well, nothing that some full-time crews
Can’t fix, but what a task!

For Jarvis doesn’t look that great
It’s sad, but it is true.
The defects to eliminate—
There’s so much work to do.

Such grease and soil and dirt and grime,
Each day’s a little worse.
It’s going to take a lot of time
The problems to reverse.

For Jarvis never looked so bad
It really is a shame.
That it has come to this is sad—
The government’s to blame.

Perhaps an overhaul complete
With brand-new streetcar line…
Oh, didn't you mean Jarvis Street?
That Jarvis? Oh, he’s fine.
