[My Aunt Pam lamented that she didn't have a poem...so Dad delivered. *smile* - Heather]
I thought that I would never see
A Pam as lovely as a tree.
A tree that shelters robin's nest;
A Pam whose children call her blest;
A tree that looks at God all day;
A Pam who lifts her arms to pray;
A tree whose shade helps summer bear;
A Pam whose smile is always there,
Who, like a tree, does not complain;
When life’s warm sun gives way to rain.
Most folks are simple fools like me,
But you, Pam, God made like a tree.
