Anni's done being one but since one was such fun,
I have one small request, if I may:
When you're through being two, I'd be grateful if you
Could be one just for fun one more day.
After two will come three and how big you will be.
You will skip. You will dance. You will run
But you know in my heart I do not want to part
With my sweet little Anni at one.
Like the airplanes that fly, how the years will roll by.
You'll be no sooner three than you're four.
So please save up one day I can visit and play
With the fun little one I adore.
